Who We Are: We are an authorized Mopar Dealer and we sell 100% Genuine Mopar parts and accessories. All of the Mopar parts we sell are covered by the Mopar factory warranty. Shipping Charges: Packages being shipped within Washington State will be subject to an 8.5% tax. If you have a resale license for the State of Washington to sale parts, a resale card must be on file before the order is placed and tax can not be taken off after the order is placed. Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required (i.e. after a transmission is received, the customer must pay to ship the core back). ***We do not have a "Will-Call" facility for customers to pick-up their parts. We are a mail order business and ALL items must be shipped. We do allow for one exception and this is stated on parts that we cannot ship. Items too large for UPS or Airborne Express such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, doors, exhaust parts, etc., will be shipped by truck line, Freight Charges Collect. Customer must pay for parts before we ship. At this time we offer the choice of Airborne Express Ground & Air Service, Bax Global, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. All continental ground packages will be shipped either USPS Priority Mail or Airborne Express Ground Service, providing the order is not too large for Priority Mail or UPS. USPS Priority Mail and UPS ground charges are 10% of total purchase, with a $7.95 minimum and orders usually arrive in 1 to 6 days after the package(s) have left our facilities, however it may take up to 10 working days, if we have to order the part from our distribution center. If you need your parts quicker, we offer Airborne Express second day shipping charges 15% of the total purchase, with an $12.50 minimum. Airborne Express orders usually arrive in 2 working days, however it may take up to 6 working days, if we have to order the part from our distribution center. If you need your order overnight, we offer Airborne Express overnight for a charge of 20% of the total purchase, with a $17.50 minimum. Your order should arrive within 24 hours after your package(s) leave our facilities, however it may take up to 6 working days, if we have to order the part from our distribution center. We do not guarantee any shipping times for ANY deliveries and no refunds will be given on shipping charges. If you wish to be informed about a backorder, please use our Backorder Service. COD Orders: We no longer accept COD's! All payment must be made before item is shipped. If you wish to still pay by money order, cashiers check or personal check, this is no problem, but the funds must clear the bank before any items are shipped. Refused Truck Shipment & Cancelled Orders: Freight charges incurred by RealMopar.com while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer. ALL cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge. is for reference ONLY and we may be out of stock on a part that has a green check mark! We try very hard to make sure all of our parts are in-stock at the time you place your order, but sometimes, we run out. If we do, we will get this part from the supplier ASAP.
Backorder Service: It is the goal of RealMopar.com to fill every order within 24 hours of placement. In the case the item is temporarily out of stock, we will place this item on our backorder service. This will automatically ship as soon as it comes in. We believe our customer prefer to be charged for these items at the initial order time so when it does come in we can expedite the item. However, if you prefer to be charged for backorder items when shipped or wish to cancel an existing backorder item to receive a refund contact us directly. If you don't wish to take advantage of this service, please let us know upon ordering. Online Catalog and Accessories Pricing: All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Damage In Transit: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact our Shipping Department for damage claim information and keep ALL packaging materials. You will be asked to hold the damaged product for 10 days. Please do not return the package to RealMopar.com. Returns are Guaranteed: Please contact a Returns Representative for a RMA number before sending any package back to RealMopar.com. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after talking to a Returns Representative. We will accept the return provided it is unused, is in resellable condition and returned within 20 days of original invoice. Returned of Items ordered in error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. Literature, videos or electrical parts are not returnable. If RealMopar.com is in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges. ANY body parts are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches, and dents.
